This is a spicy beef broccoli 🥦 carrot 🥕 dish.

One interesting note, I used sour cream and a teaspoon of spicy Asian sauce to create a gravy thickener for the beef strips. The flavors included salt, pepper, 🧄 and 🧅 powder. This was a delicious creation.
